Detect the Unexpected.

Almost all equipment, whether mechanical or electrical, will develop heat at the point where the failure is about to take place, or cause heat to develop in other areas as a result of the impending failure. An infrared survey will allow you to detect the unexpected. With this information you can order parts and schedule repairs before suffering the effects of equipment failure.

Save Money

Fires of electrical origin caused over $400 million in property damage between 1999 and 2002. Ask your insurance provider about NFPA 70B – with routine IR scanning, you may qualify for reduced insurance rates that save you more than the cost of PredictiveIR’s services.

Save Time

By detecting impending electrical or mechanical failures before they occur, you’ll have fewer interruptions of production. That means increased uptime and increased profitability.

Don’t just wait for the unexpected. Detect the unexpected.

Save Energy

Properly maintained equipment operates more efficiently and utilizes less energy.  In addition to predicting equipment failures, PredictiveIR can identify many additional sources of energy loss – even leaky commercial roofs.

What is Infrared Thermography?

Infrared thermography is a diagnostic technology that allows our technicians to “see” the heat emitted by any object. This information can be an invaluable part of your facilities’ maintenance plan. Electrical connections and components nearly always emit excess heat prior to failure. Friction from worn or improperly functioning mechanical components creates heat. Unexpected electrical and mechanical failures often lead to costly down time – or even worse, damaged equipment or hazardous workplace conditions.

A customized maintenance plan including Predictive IR can help you to detect the unexpected.
